Ingredients list for Matar Kebabs
- 1 cup Green peas
- 1 teaspoon Green chilli
- 75 grams Paneer (cottage cheese), grated
- 1 medium Onion , finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Chole masala
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 5 tablespoons Cornflour/ corn starch
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Grind green peas and green chilli to a coarse paste.
- Add cottage cheese, onion, chole masala, salt, red chilli powder, corn flour and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll into cylinders.Heat oil in a kadai.
- Deep fry the prepared cylinders till golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
