By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Jun 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Badami mangoes, Green cardamom powder Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Mango Shikran - SK Khazana 2 medium Badami mangoes a pinch Green cardamom powder 2 tablespoons Jaggery powder 1/2 cup Coconut milk for garnish Almonds slivered for garnish Pistachios slivered to serve Hot puris Method Trim the top of the mango, slice in half avoiding the pit. Cut around the edges of the pit. Make horizontal cross cuts, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and put into a bowl. Mash the mangoes with a fork till pulpy. Add a pinch of green cardamom powder, jaggery powder and coconut milk and mix well.
