Ingredients list for Mango Sasam

  • 3 medium Ripe mangoes cubed
  • 3/4 cup Scraped coconut
  • 2 Bedgi whole dry chillies seeded and roasted
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind pulp
  • 2 tablespoons Jaggery (gur) grated
  • to taste Salt

  1. Coarsely grind coconut, red chillies, mustard seeds with a little water. Add tamarind pulp and jaggery and grind again. Place the mango cubes in a bowl, add salt, ground paste and mix well. Chill and serve.
