Ingredients for Mango Mint Raita Recipe

  • Ripe alphonso mango peeled 1

  • Fresh mint leaves 1/2 cup

  • Yogurt chilled 1 1/2 cups

  • Green chilli 1

  • Salt to taste

  • Black salt to taste

  • Crushed red chillies to sprinkle

Method

Step 1

Break the green chilli and put into a chopper jar. Add mint leaves. Cut ½ mango roughly and add with a little water and chop into a coarse chutney.

Step 2

Cut the remaining mango into small cubes.

Step 3

Take yogurt in a bowl, add the mint-mango mixture, salt and black salt and mix well.

Step 4

Transfer into serving bowl, top with chopped mangoes, sprinkle crushed red chillies and serve chilled.
