Ingredients list for Mango Mint Raita

  • 1 Ripe alphonso mango peeled
  • 1/2 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups Yogurt chilled
  • 1 Green chilli
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black salt
  • to sprinkle Crushed red chillies

Method

  1. Break the green chilli and put into a chopper jar. Add mint leaves. Cut ½ mango roughly and add with a little water and chop into a coarse chutney.
  2. Cut the remaining mango into small cubes.
  3. Take yogurt in a bowl, add the mint-mango mixture, salt and black salt and mix well.
  4. Transfer into serving bowl, top with chopped mangoes, sprinkle crushed red chillies and serve chilled.
