Ingredients list for Malai Ka Halwa
- 1 cup Fresh Cream
- 3/4 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tablespoons Ghee
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4-5 Cashewnuts chopped
- 4-5 Pistachios chopped
Method
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add malai and refined flour and saute till the mixture turns light brown.
- Add sugar and half cup water to it and let it simmer for on a medium flame till water evaporates.
- Seeve hot garnish with cashewnuts and pistachios.
