Ingredients list for Malai Chicken Ball
- 1 Boneless chicken breast boiled and shredded
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- to taste Salt
- to taste White pepper powder
- to deep fry Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
Method
- Combine cream, chicken, salt and pepper powder in a bowl and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Break egg in another bowl. Add salt and whisk well.
- Spread breadcrumbs onto a plate.
- Dip balls in egg, coat in breadcrumbs and deep-fry in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
