Ingredients list for Macaroni Pakoda
- 1 cup Macaroni boiled
- 1/2 cup Cheese
- to taste Salt
- to taste White pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon Cornflour/ corn starch
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- In a bowl mix together macaroni, cheese, salt, white pepper powder and cornflour.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them like small balls.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls till crisp.
- Drain and remove on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tea.
