Peel onion and chop finely. Peel garlic and chop. Remove stems from green chillies and chop. Roast peanuts and grind roughly. Heat oil, add garlic, cook for a moment. Add chopped onion and cook. Add chopped green chillies, turmeric powder and shredded maat and mix. Sprinkle a little water and cook well. Mix besan with a little water and add to the pan. Add peanuts, salt and mix well. Further cook for 5-6 minutes. Take off the heat and serve hot.
