Gently twist and pull out the tail of lobsters and add the heads to the hot water. Cook for 6-8 minutes, take them out and set aside. Cut the centre of the lobster tail with scissors without cutting through and set aside. Heat butter in a non-stick pan, add the lobster tails and garlic, sprinkle salt and crushed black peppercorns over them. Flip and cook on all sides. Add ¼ cup fresh cream and gently toss the lobster tails. Cook for 2-3 minutes and take them off the heat. Place the lobster heads and sautéed lobster tails on a serving plate. Add remaining cream to the pan, mix well and pour over the lobsters. Sprinkle a little crushed black peppercorns.
