- 3/4 cup Jaggery (gur)
- Ghee 2 tablespoon + for grasing
- 1/4 cup Peanut butter creamy
- 1 tablespoon Jam
- 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts
- Melted chocolate for coating
- Walnuts chopped, for sprinkling

Method
- Grease a burfi tray with ghee and set aside.
- Heat a non-stick wok, add jaggery, ghee and peanut butter, mix and let the jaggery melt. Add jam and mix well. Add puffed rice and crushed peanuts and mix well.
- Take the pan off the heat and transfer the mixture into the greased burfi tray. Spread it evenly. Place a parchment sheet on top and press it with a rolling pin to level out the top. Set aside to cool down to room temperature.
- Cut the mixture into equal bars and loosen them from the tray and keep on a plate.
- Take melted dark chocolate in a glass, dip the ¼ portion of each bar into it and place it on a wire rack to let the excess chocolate drip. Sprinkle walnuts and a little sea salt on the chocolate covered portion. Refrigerate till set.
