Ingredients for Kokum And Anar Slush Recipe

  • Kokum syrup 1 1/3 cup

  • Pomogranate pearls 4 tablespoons

  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon

  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Black salt (kala namak) 2 teaspoons

  • Sugar 8 tablespoons

  • Crushed ice 4 cups

  • Lemon 1

  • Powdered sugar 4 tablespoons


Step 1

Place some pomegranate pearls into a blender container. Add kokum syrup, salt, roasted cumin powder, black salt and ice and blend till slushy.

Step 2

Quarter the lemon and rub one quarter along the rim of stemmed glasses. Place the powdered sugar in a plate and dip the rim of the glass in it to give the glass a frosted effect.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
