Sieve the refined flour. In a large bowl mix milk, semolina, sugar, refined flour, ghee and knead to a stiff dough using some more milk if needed. Take out small portions from the dough, each the size of a small lime and press with closed fingers to form a small oblong with impressions of the fingers. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Let cool completely and store in an airtight tin.
