By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pistachios, Almonds Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Khajur Dryfruit ki Barfi 1/3 cup Pistachios chopped 1/3 cup Almonds chopped 1 cup Seedless black dates finely chopped Ghee 1 tablespoon + ½ teaspoon for greasing 1/4 teaspoon Green cardamom powder Method Advertisment Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add pistachios and almonds and sauté till they become golden brown in colour. Add dates andquarter cup water and continue to cook till they become soft. Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat. Grease the barfi tray with ghee and spread the mixture evenly in it. Allow it to set for thirty minutes and then cut into equal squares. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve at room temperature.
