By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Jun 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Whole wheat flour chapattis, Paneer tikka Cuisine Bengali,Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Kathi Roll - SK Khazana 4 Whole wheat flour chapattis 150 grams Paneer tikka for shallow frying Oil 1 tablespoon + 1 tablespoon Butter 1/2 tablespoon Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1 Medium tomato finely chopped 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder a pinch Chaat masala 1 Medium green capsicum finely chopped 4 tablespoons Chutney mayonnaise Method Heat 1 tablespoon oil and butter in a non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add onion and sauté till well browned. Add tomato, mix and cook till it turns soft and pulpy. Cut paneer tikka into strips, add to the pan alongwith chilli powder, chaat masala and capsicum, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. Spread 1 tablespoon chutney-mayonnaise on each chapatti. Place a portion of cooked mixture on one side and roll tightly. Secure with a toothpick. Heat some oil in another non-stick pan.
