Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat flour chapattis
- 150 grams paneer tikka
- 1 tablespoon oil + for shallow frying
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ tablespoon ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
- 1 medium onion finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- A pinch of chaat masala
- 1 medium green capsicum finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons chutney mayonnaise
Method
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil and butter in a non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add onion and sauté till well browned. Add tomato, mix and cook till it turns soft and pulpy.
- Cut paneer tikka into strips, add to the pan along with chilli powder, chaat masala and capsicum, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Spread 1 tablespoon chutney-mayonnaise on each chapatti. Place a portion of the cooked mixture on one side and roll tightly. Secure with a toothpick.
- Heat some oil in another non-stick pan. Place rolls on it and fry till evenly browned from all sides.
- Serve hot.
