Ingredients list for Karaunda and Mirch ki Sabzi

  • 1 cup Karonda cut into quarters
  • 10-15 Green chillies cut into medium size pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seed
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander chopped


  1. Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and wait for them to change the colour.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 10- 15 seconds. Add karonda, green chillies, mix well.
  3. Add garam masala, salt and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot garnished with fresh coriander.
