Ingredients list for Karaunda and Mirch ki Sabzi
- 1 cup Karonda cut into quarters
- 10-15 Green chillies cut into medium size pieces
- 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seed
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander chopped
Method
- Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and wait for them to change the colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 10- 15 seconds. Add karonda, green chillies, mix well.
- Add garam masala, salt and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve hot garnished with fresh coriander.
