Karaunda and Mirch ki Sabzi By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Dec 2014 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Karonda, Green chillies Cuisine Indian Fusion Course Main Course-Veg Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Select Taste Level of Cooking Medium Others Veg Ingredients list for Karaunda and Mirch ki Sabzi 1 cup Karonda cut into quarters 10-15 Green chillies cut into medium size pieces 1 tablespoon Mustard oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seed 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander chopped Method Heat mustard oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and wait for them to change the colour. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 10- 15 seconds. Add karonda, green chillies, mix well. Add garam masala, salt and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
