Ingredients for Kala Khatta Slush - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Kala khatta syrup 16 tablespoons

  • Ice cubes 10-12

  • Lemon juice 1/2 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black salt to sprinkle

  • Fresh mint sprigs to garnish


Step 1

Put ice cubes, lemon juice and salt in a blender jar and blend coarsely.

Step 2

Divide the crushed ice mixture equally into serving glasses. Add some black salt and pour 4 tablespoons kala khatta syrup in each glass.

Step 3

Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
