Ingredients
- 1 cup kala khatta syrup
- Ice cubes as required
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Black salt for sprinkling
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnishing
Method
- Crush together ice cubes, lemon juice and salt coarsely.
- Divide the crushed ice mixture into individual glasses. Sprinkle black salt and pour 4 tablespoons kala khatta syrup in each.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
