By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Feb 2017 in Recipes Veg New Update Kadipatta Chutney Main Ingredients Curry Leaves, Bengal Gram Roasted Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 2 cups curry leaves 1/4 cup roasted bengal gram 20-25 black peppercorns Marble sized tamarind ball Salt to taste Method Roast curry leaves, gram, peppercorns and tamarind one by one till dry and crisp. Mix well. Set is aside to cool. Once cooled, transfer into the jar of a mixer and grind to a powder. Add salt and mix well. Cool completely and store in an airtight container. Tastes wonderful with hot steamed rice and ghee.
