Ingredients
- 2 cups jamun juice
- Ice cubes as required
- Black salt to taste
- 2 tsps chaat masala
- 4 tbsps sugar syrup
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Fresh mint leaves as required
- 4 tbsps chopped jamun
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- Drinking soda for topping
Method
- To prepare one portion, In a Boston shaker add some ice cubes, black salt, ½ tsp chaat masala, 1 tbsp sugar syrup, juice of ½ lemon and ½ cup jamun juice. Shake well.
- In a serving glass, add some ice cubes, mint leaves, 1 tbsp chopped jamun and 2-3 lemon slices. Pour the drink in it and top with some drinking soda.
- Stir well and serve immediately.
