By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Feb 2017 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Refined flour (maida), Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Breads Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Jain Pav 250 grams Refined flour (maida) ½ cup Yogurt to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Sugar 2 teaspoons Fruit salt Ghee for brushing Method Take refined flour in a bowl, add yogurt along with some water and whisk well in one direction for 3 minutes. Add salt, sugar and whisk again. Heat a non-stick pan. Add fruit salt to the batter and mix well. Brush the pan with ghee and pour over the batter and spread into a large disc. Cover and cook underside on high heat for 10 minutes. Flip and place on another pan, cook till the other side is also done brushing with ghee. Slit the pav into half and serve brushed with ghee.
