Ingredients list for Hummus

  • 1 cup Chickpeas , soaked overnight and boiled
  • 7-8 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • to taste Salt
  • for drizzling Olive oil
  • to sprinkle Paprika powder
  • 2-3 to garnish Black olives , pitted and sliced
  • to serve Lavash


  1. To make hummus, put chickpeas in a blender jar, add garlic cloves, lemon juice, tahini, salt and some olive and blend into a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer paste to a serving dish, drizzle olive oil on top. Garnish with paprika powder and sliced olives and serve with lavash.
