Ingredients for Hing Mango Pickle - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Raw mangoes peeled and cubed 1 kilogram

  • Asafoetida pieces 25 grams

  • Salt 250 grams

  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 200 grams


Step 1

Put mango cubes in a bowl.

Step 2

Crush together salt, asafoetida and chilli powder in a mortar and pestle. Add this to the mangoes and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer into an airtight jar and set aside for about 7 days or till the mangoes leave out moisture.
