Place a portion of the dough in a cookie cutter and spread evenly. It should not be too thin. Similarly, prepare the remaining. Heat some oil in a non-stick tawa. Place the prepared portions, one by one, and shallow-fry on medium heat till crisp on both the sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
