Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh green chickpeas, boiled
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup green chickpeas stock
- Olive oil as required
- Paprika powder to sprinkle
- 1-2 black olives pitted and sliced for garnish
- Lavash to serve
Method
- Put green chickpeas in a blender jar, add garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt and green chickpea stock and blend to a fine paste.
- Transfer the hummus onto a serving plate, spread it evenly making a well in centre and pour olive oil in it.
- Sprinkle paprika powder, garnish with olive slices and serve with lavash.
