Ingredients list for Guacamole Dip
- 2 Big Avacado
- 3 medium Lemon Juice finely chopped
- 4-5 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns
- 1 Jalapeno seeded and chopped
Method
- Cut the avocado into halve and discard the seeds. Scoop out flesh using a spoon.
- Mash well.Blend Together avocado, onions, garlic cloves, lemon juice, salt, black peppercorns and jalapeno to a fine paste. Serve with tortilla chips.
