Ingredients list for Grilled Peach Yogurt Sundae
- 4-5 Peaches halved and seeded
- 1 cup Hung Curd
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 10 Almonds
- 10 Walnuts
- 10 Cashewnuts
- 20 Pistachios
- 1/2 cup Condensed milk
- 3 tablespoons Honey
Method
- Heat butter in a non stick pan, add peaches and grill them till lightly browned. Crush together almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts and pistachios.
- Place hung yogurt in a bowl, add condensed milk and mix well. Put this mixture into a piping bag fixed with a star nozzle.
- Drain the peaches from the pan and keep them on work top to cool. Keeping aside a couple of peach halves, chop the rest roughly and put them into stemmed glasses.
- Pipe the yogurt-condensed milk over them, drizzle a little honey over each, sprinkle crushed nuts on top. Slice the reserved peach halves and decorate the glasses with them and serve immediately.
