By Sanjeev Kapoor 03 Jun 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Green peas, Tahini Cuisine Middle Eastern Course Dips Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Green Pea Hummus 1 cup Green peas , blanched 2 tablespoons Tahini 5-6 cloves Garlic to taste Salt 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1/4 cup + for drizzling Olive oil to sprinkle Paprika powder a few Black olive slices to serve Pita bread Method Put green peas in a blender jar, add tahini, garlic cloves, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and a little water and blend into a smooth paste. Transfer paste into a serving dish, drizzle some olive oil on top, sprinkle some paprika powder and garnish with olives.
