Ingredients list for Green Pea Hummus
- 1 cup Green peas , blanched
- 2 tablespoons Tahini
- 5-6 cloves Garlic
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup + for drizzling Olive oil
- to sprinkle Paprika powder
- a few Black olive slices
- to serve Pita bread
Method
- Put green peas in a blender jar, add tahini, garlic cloves, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and a little water and blend into a smooth paste.
- Transfer paste into a serving dish, drizzle some olive oil on top, sprinkle some paprika powder and garnish with olives.
- Serve as a dip with grilled pita bread.
