Ingredients for Green Garlic Roti Recipe

  • Green garlic finely chopped 50 grams

  • Millet flour (bajre ka atta) 1 1/4 cups

  • Onion finely chopped 1 small

  • Tomato finely chopped 1 small

  • Green chillies finely chopped 4-5

  • Red chilli powder a pinch

  • Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Black pepper powder a pinch

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

In a large bowl mix together jowar flour, green garlic, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper power, salt and water and mix well to make a dough.

Step 2

Cover and rest aside for twenty minutes.Divide into equal balls. Roll each ball into a roti.Heat a non-stick tawa. Put the roti and cook it till done by adding little oil. Serve with boondi raita.
