Ingredients list for Green Garlic Roti
- 50 grams Green garlic finely chopped
- 1 1/4 cups Millet flour (bajre ka atta)
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 1 small Tomato finely chopped
- 4-5 Green chillies finely chopped
- a pinch Red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
- a pinch Black pepper powder
- to taste Salt
Method
- In a large bowl mix together jowar flour, green garlic, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper power, salt and water and mix well to make a dough.
- Cover and rest aside for twenty minutes.Divide into equal balls. Roll each ball into a roti.Heat a non-stick tawa. Put the roti and cook it till done by adding little oil. Serve with boondi raita.
