Ingredients list for Green Garlic Roti

  • 50 grams Green garlic finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 cups Millet flour (bajre ka atta)
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 1 small Tomato finely chopped
  • 4-5 Green chillies finely chopped
  • a pinch Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • a pinch Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. In a large bowl mix together jowar flour, green garlic, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper power, salt and water and mix well to make a dough.
  2. Cover and rest aside for twenty minutes.Divide into equal balls. Roll each ball into a roti.Heat a non-stick tawa. Put the roti and cook it till done by adding little oil. Serve with boondi raita.
