Green Chilli Sauce

This is a flavourful recipe of green chilli- coconut sauce that can be used a s a base for many recipes. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 potato, boiled peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 100 grams spinach leaves (palak),  chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves 

Method

  1. Heat a non stick pan. Add onion and garlic and saute for five minutes.
  2. Add coconut milk and stir to mix. Simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  3. Transfer into a blender jar alongwith other ingredients and blend well.
  4. Use as required.
