Ingredients list for Green Chilli Sauce

  • 1 Green Chillies chopped
  • 2 cloves Coconut Milk crushed
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 Potato boiled peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • to taste Salt
  • 100 grams Spinach leaves (palak) chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coriander leaves chopped


  1. Heat a non stick pan. Add onion and garlic and saute for five minutes.
  2. Add coconut milk and stir to mix. Simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  3. Transfer into a blender jar alongwith other ingredients and blend well.
  4. Use as required.
