Ingredients list for Green Beans With Thai Style Sesame Chilli Sauce
- 500 grams French beans
- 2 teaspoon Honey
- 2 Fresh red chilli diagonally sliced
- 2 teaspoon Oil
- 1 inch piece Ginger
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2-3 teaspoon Vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Sesame seeds (til) toasted
Method
- Trim the beans and blanch in hot water for five minutes.
- Drain in a colander and refresh in cold water. Heat the oil in a non stick pan. Add the ginger and the blanched beans and stir. Add the salt, fresh red chillies and sesame paste and stir. Add honey and vinegar and stir.
- Serve immediately sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
