Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
 - ½ cup chopped almonds
 - ½ cup chopped walnuts
 - 3 tablespoons butter
 - ½ cup honey
 - A pinch of salt
 - ½ cup brown sugar
 - 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
 - ½ cup dried cranberries
 - ½ cup chocolate chips
 
Method
- Preheat the oven at 100˚C. Line a barfi tray with parchment paper.
 - In a baking tray, add rolled oats, chopped almonds, and chopped walnuts, mix well. Roast for 10-15 minutes.
 - Heat butter in a non-stick deep bottom pan, add honey, a pinch of salt, brown sugar and mix well. Cook till the sugar melts.
 - Add vanilla essence, mix well and let the mixture come to a boil. Take it off the heat and set aside.
 - In a large bowl, add the butter-sugar mixture and roasted oats-nuts mixture, dried cranberries, chocolate chips and mix well.
 - Add the prepared mixture in the barfi tray, spread it evenly, press down firmly until uniformly flattened.
 - Refrigerate till set. Cut into bars and serve.
