By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Aug 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Edible gum crystals (gond), Ghee Cuisine Gujarati Course Mithais Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Gond ki Raab 4 tablespoons Edible gum crystals (gond) broken into small pieces 2 tablespoons Ghee ½ cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) ¼ cup Desiccated coconut 2 tablespoons Almonds 2 tablespoons Cashewnuts Method Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add edible gum crystals and let them pop. Add 2-3 cups water and stir continuously till the mixture thickens. Add sugar and mix well till the sugar melts. Add desiccated coconut, keeping aside a little for garnish, and mix well. Simmer for a minute. Add almonds and half the cashewnuts and mix well.
