By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients bhavnagri ganthia, yogurt Cuisine Gujarati Course Dals and Kadhis Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Ganthia Ni Kadhi 1 1/2 cups bhavnagri ganthia 2 cups yogurt 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 3 tablespoons Gram flour (besan) Salt to taste 2 tablespoons Oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 2 tablespoons coriander leaves for garnish coriander sprig to serve steamed rice Method Take yogurt in a bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, gram flour, salt and 2½ cups water and whisk till well combined. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Stir in ganthia and boil for 8-10 minutes. Add chopped coriander and take the pan off the heat. Transfer kadhi into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander sprig.
