By Sanjeev Kapoor 06 Apr 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Alphonso, Milk Cuisine Indian Course Desserts Prep Time 5-6 hour Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Fruit Mein Kulfi 1 Big Alphonso cut into cubes 1 Big Milk 5 cups Milk 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup Khoya/mawa grated 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 12-15 Almonds chopped 15-20 Pistachio powder Method Bring milk to a boil in a deep non-stick pan and cook till reduced to one third its volume. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and khoya. Add green cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios and mix again. Fill the mixture into kulfi cones or earthen pots (kulhads) and cover them with lid. Keep the cones or kulhads in the deep freezer for four to six hours or till well set. Unmould and serve immediately with cut fruits.
