Ingredients list for Fruit Mein Kulfi

  • 1 Big Alphonso cut into cubes
  • 1 Big Milk
  • 5 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup Khoya/mawa grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 12-15 Almonds chopped
  • 15-20 Pistachio powder

Method

  1. Bring milk to a boil in a deep non-stick pan and cook till reduced to one third its volume. Remove from heat and stir in sugar and khoya. Add green cardamom powder, almonds and pistachios and mix again.
  2. Fill the mixture into kulfi cones or earthen pots (kulhads) and cover them with lid. Keep the cones or kulhads in the deep freezer for four to six hours or till well set.
  3. Unmould and serve immediately with cut fruits.
