Ingredients list for Fruit Kheer

  • 2 large Banana peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 large Orange segmented
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Yogurt
  • a few Saffron (kesar) Dissolved in water

Method

  1. In a large bowl mix together sugar, crushed peppercorns, red chilli powder, salt and yogurt.
  2. Add bananas and oranges and mix well.
    Serve with saffron sprinkled on top.
