Ingredients list for Fruit Kheer
- 2 large Banana peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 large Orange segmented
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cups Yogurt
- a few Saffron (kesar) Dissolved in water
Method
- In a large bowl mix together sugar, crushed peppercorns, red chilli powder, salt and yogurt.
- Add bananas and oranges and mix well.
Serve with saffron sprinkled on top.
