Ingredients
- 300 grams refined flour (maida)
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 eggs
Method
- Combine flour, salt, olive oil and 3 eggs in a bowl, mix and knead into a dough.
- Separate remaining egg yolk from egg whites, add yolk to the dough and knead into a stiff dough. Transfer into a bowl, cover with a cling film and set aside for 20-25 minutes.
- Use as required.
