Freak Shake

Ingredients

• 4 cups vanilla ice cream
• 4 cups milk
• 9 mini doughnuts
• Chocolate-hazelnut spread for rimming and coating
• Pistachio shavings for sprinkling
• 2 cups whipped cream
• 10-12 marshmallows 
• Chocolate chips for sprinkling
• Chocolate shavings for sprinkling
• 6-8 chocolate sticks 

Method

1. For each portion add ice cream and milk to a blender jar. Break 2 donuts and add. Blend to a smooth mixture. 
2. Rim the mason jar with chocolate-hazelnut spread. Pour the milkshake in the jar. 
3. Sprinkle pistachio shavings on the rim. Pipe out whipped cream over the milkshake. 
4. Halve marshmallows, skewer onto a satay stick and toast over direct heat for a minute. Place each marshmallow piece over whipped cream. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chocolate shavings on top. 
5. Coat 1 chocolate stick with chocolate hazelnut-spread from all sides and place it in the milkshake along with the plain chocolate stick. 
6. Top with the remaining doughnut and serve immediately.
