Ingredients for Eggless Mithai Cake Recipe

  • Mathura peda Sweet

  • Badam burfi 6

  • Sweet condense milk (400 grams) 1 tin

  • Butter 240 gms + to grease

  • Refined flour (maida) 320 grams

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Baking soda (soda bicarbonate) 1 teaspoon

  • Vanilla essence 2 teaspoons

  • Buttermilk 150 millilitres


Step 1

Preheat oven to 180° C. Lightly grease a round baking tin.

Step 2

Break Mathura peda and badam burfi and put into a bowl. Add condensed milk and mix with a hand blender.

Step 3

Add butter and blend till well mixed.

Step 4

Sieve refined flour with baking powder, baking soda into the bowl and mix well. Add vanilla essence and buttermilk and mix well.

Step 5

Pour the batter into the greased baking tin, tap gently on the table to level the surface.

Step 6

Keep the tin in the preheated oven and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Step 7

Cool slightly, demould, cut into slices and serve.
