Ingredients list for Egg and Rawa Pudding
- 10 Eggs
- 1 cup Semolina
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons Green cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
Method
- Lightly beat the eggs in a bowl . Add semolina and mix well.Add sugar, coconut milk, cardamompowder. Mix well. Add half the ghee and mix till a smooth batter is formed.
- Grease a baking tray with the remaining ghee. Pour the batter in the tray.Bake in preheated oven at 180º degrees for twenty minutes or till done. Remove and serve cold.
