By Sanjeev Kapoor 16 Nov 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Prawns (medium), Salt Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Dumdar Prawns 16-20 Prawns (medium) shelled and deveined to taste Salt 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Butter 1 tablespoon Oil 8-10 Garlic cloves grated 1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns Method Sprinkle salt and lemon juice over the prawns, mix well and set aside. Heat butter and oil in a non-stick pan. When the butter melts, add garlic and sauté till golden. Add the prawns and sauté on medium heat till the moisture dries up. Add the crushed black peppercorns and continue to sauté till the prawns are done. Take care that they are not overcooked. If you like it spicier you can add more crushed black peppercorns. Serve hot.
