Ingredients list for Danish Cheese Balls

  • ½ cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated
  • 1 tablespoon Refined flour (maida)
  • for deep-frying Oil
  • ¼ cup Dill leaves (suva)
  • 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • to taste Salt

Method

  1. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan.
  2. Take cottage cheese in a bowl, add refined flour, dill leaves, green chillies, garlic and salt and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls.
  3. Deep-fry cheese balls in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
  4. Serve hot.
