Ingredients list for Cucumber Achaar

  • 2 medium Cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
  • 2 teaspoon Oil

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together cucumber and red chilli powder. Mix well and set aside.
  2. In a blender; blend together mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds with two teaspoons water.
  3. Heat oil in a non stick pan, Add the ground paste and cook for a minute. Add the mixture to the cucumber and mix well. Store in air tight containers.
