Ingredients for Cucumber Achaar Recipe

  • Cucumber peeled and chopped 2 medium

  • Red chilli powder 4 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Mustard seeds 2 teaspoon

  • Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1 teaspoon

  • Oil 2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

In a bowl mix together cucumber and red chilli powder. Mix well and set aside.

Step 2

In a blender; blend together mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds with two teaspoons water.

Step 3

Heat oil in a non stick pan, Add the ground paste and cook for a minute. Add the mixture to the cucumber and mix well. Store in air tight containers.
