Ingredients list for Crispy fried fish
- 10-12 Bombay Duck
- to taste Rice Flour
- 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1/2 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
- to deep fry Oil
Method
- Clean the fish fillets and keep them under weight so that the excess moisture is drained out.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and keep aside for twenty minutes.
- Mix rice flour and semolina and spread on a plate.
- Roll the fillet in rice flour-semolina mixture.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry the fish on medium heat till golden brown and crisp.
- Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot.
