Ingredients list for Creamy Noodle Cutlets - SK Khazana
- 1 1/2 cups Boiled instant noodles
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Refined flour
- 2 cups Milk
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 1/4 cup Processed cheese grated
- for shallow frying Oil
Method
- Heat butter in a non-stick pan, allow it to melt and add refined flour and mix well. Cook till fragrant, but do not let the colour change.
- Add milk and cook on high heat, stirring continuously, till the mixture is thick and without any lumps.
- Add salt and pepper powder, mix well. Add instant noodles and mix till well coated. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add processed cheese and mix well, cook for 2 minutes.
- Put this mixture into greased mithai trays and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Cut in cubes.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the cubes on high heat till golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
