Ingredients for Creamy Noodle Cutlets - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Boiled instant noodles 1 1/2 cups

  • Butter 2 tablespoons

  • Refined flour 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste

  • Processed cheese grated 1/4 cup

  • Oil for shallow frying


Step 1

Heat butter in a non-stick pan, allow it to melt and add refined flour and mix well. Cook till fragrant, but do not let the colour change.

Step 2

Add milk and cook on high heat, stirring continuously, till the mixture is thick and without any lumps.

Step 3

Add salt and pepper powder, mix well. Add instant noodles and mix till well coated. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add processed cheese and mix well, cook for 2 minutes.

Step 5

Put this mixture into greased mithai trays and spread evenly.

Step 6

Refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Cut in cubes.

Step 7

Heat some oil in a non-stick pan and shallow fry the cubes on high heat till golden brown.

Step 8

Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
