Ingredients list for Creamy Chicken Casserole

  • 450 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 cup Processed cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 8-10 Button mushrooms sliced
  • 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup Chicken stock
  • to taste Salt


  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté well.
  3. Add chicken, mix and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, mix and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add mustard, mix well and cook. Add chicken stock and salt, mix and cook till semi-dry.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a glass baking dish and top with cheese. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
