By Sanjeev Kapoor 20 Feb 2017 in Recipes Non Veg New Update Main Ingredients Boneless chicken, Processed cheese Cuisine Fusion Course Main Course Chicken Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Creamy Chicken Casserole 450 grams Boneless chicken cut into 1 inch cubes 1 cup Processed cheese grated 2 tablespoons Oil 1 medium Onion finely chopped 8-10 Button mushrooms sliced 1½ teaspoons Dijon mustard ½ cup Chicken stock to taste Salt Method Preheat oven to 180ºC. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté well. Add chicken, mix and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add mustard, mix well and cook. Add chicken stock and salt, mix and cook till semi-dry. Transfer the mixture into a glass baking dish and top with cheese. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
