Ingredients list for Coleslaw Tacos

  • 12 Taco Shells
  • 50 grams Cabbage cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 medium Cabbage shredded
  • 1 medium Carrot grated
  • 1 small Green capsicum cut into thin strips
  • 1 small Yellow capsicum cut into thin strips
  • 1 small Red capsicum cut into thin strips
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup Eggless mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
  • 4 Spring onions cut into thin strips


  1. Mix the cabbage, carrot, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, cottage cheese, salt and pepper powder in a bowl.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, cream cheese and tomato ketchup in another bowl.
  3. Place a tablespoon full of the vegetable mixture into each taco shell, drizzle a little of the mayonnaise mixture, garnish with the spring onions and serve immediately.
