Ingredients list for Coconut And Bhang

  • 4 cup Coconut water
  • 1 cup Tender coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bhang paste
  • 2-4 sprigs Fresh mint leaves
  • 4 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • to taste Rock salt (sendha namak)

Method

  1. Blend coconut water, tender coconut, bhang paste, mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice and rock salt in a blender at high speed for a minute till smooth.
  2. Pour into tall glasses, top it up with crushed ice and serve garnished with lemon slices on the edge of each glass.
