Ingredients list for Coconut And Bhang
- 4 cup Coconut water
- 1 cup Tender coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon Bhang paste
- 2-4 sprigs Fresh mint leaves
- 4 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- to taste Rock salt (sendha namak)
Method
- Blend coconut water, tender coconut, bhang paste, mint leaves, sugar, lemon juice and rock salt in a blender at high speed for a minute till smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses, top it up with crushed ice and serve garnished with lemon slices on the edge of each glass.
