Ingredients 

  • 100 grams dark chocolate melted
  • Rye bread slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 100 grams butter
  • Oil spray as required 
  • Sea salt to sprinkle 

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200º C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spray a little oil over it.
  2. Tear the rye bread slices and put into a food processor and process it to make crumbs. Add eggs, castor sugar and process again.
  3. Add chocolate and butter and process till well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and pipe out round cookies on the greased baking tray.
  5. Apply some water on top of each cookie, keep the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle sea salt on top of each cookie.
  7. Cool, arrange on a serving platter and serve.
