Ingredients list for Chocolate Gola - SK Khazana

  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • Chocolate block
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • Ice cubes as required
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk powder
  • 1/4 cup Hot milk
  • 2 tablespo + for drizzling Condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Khoya grated
  • 1 teaspoon Pistachios chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Cashewnuts

Method

  1. Put cocoa powder and 2 tbsps powdered sugar in a dredger.
  2. Put some ice cubes in a blender jar and blend till the ice is crushed. Transfer it immediately into a small bowl and stuff it tightly and press with you hand to even out the top. Upturn the bowl on a serving plate. Transfer into a bowl and freeze till it is time to serve.
  3. Take milk powder in a bowl, add remaining powdered sugar and hot milk and mix till smooth. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  4. Make some chocolate shavings and keep on a plate.
  5. For serving, bring the ice gola out of the freezer and drizzle the milk mixture on it. Drizzle a little condensed milk and a little chocolate sauce on top. Sprinkle khoya, pistachios, almonds, cashewnuts and chocolate shavings on top. Finally dredge with the cocoa powder-powdered sugar mixture and serve immediately.
