By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Chocolate sauce for drizzling, Chocolate block Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate Gola - SK Khazana Chocolate sauce for drizzling Chocolate block 1 1/2 tablespoons Cocoa powder Ice cubes as required 3 tablespoons Powdered sugar 2 tablespoons Milk powder 1/4 cup Hot milk 2 tablespo + for drizzling Condensed milk 1 1/2 tablespoons Khoya grated 1 teaspoon Pistachios chopped 1 1/2 teaspoons Almonds 1 teaspoon Cashewnuts Method Put cocoa powder and 2 tbsps powdered sugar in a dredger. Put some ice cubes in a blender jar and blend till the ice is crushed. Transfer it immediately into a small bowl and stuff it tightly and press with you hand to even out the top. Upturn the bowl on a serving plate. Transfer into a bowl and freeze till it is time to serve. Take milk powder in a bowl, add remaining powdered sugar and hot milk and mix till smooth. Add condensed milk and mix well. Make some chocolate shavings and keep on a plate. For serving, bring the ice gola out of the freezer and drizzle the milk mixture on it. Drizzle a little condensed milk and a little chocolate sauce on top. Sprinkle khoya, pistachios, almonds, cashewnuts and chocolate shavings on top.
