By Sanjeev Kapoor 11 Nov 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Dark chocolate, Milk Cuisine Punjabi Course Desserts Prep Time 1.30-2 hour Cook time 31-40 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Chocolate And Strawberry Phirni 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate melted 1 litre Milk 5 tablespoons Rice soaked 2 tablespoons Strawberry crush 3/4 cup Sugar 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder 10-15 Pistachios blanched, peeled and sliced Method Grind rice to a coarse paste. Bring milk to a boil. Add rice paste dissolved in a little water or cold milk. Cook, stirring continuously, till rice is completely cooked and the mixture thickened. Add sugar and green cardamom powder and cook till sugar is completely dissolved. Divide the mixture into two equal portions. Add strawberry crush to one portion and melted chocolate to another one. Pour them into two separate piping bags. Pipe the strawberry mixture into swirls in a glass bowl. Pipe the chocolate mixture into the center of each strawberry swirl. Chill in a refrigerator for an hour before serving.
