Ingredients list for Choco Cookies
- 2 cups Chocolate flakes
- 350 grams Butter
- 175 grams Powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla essence
- 380 grams Refined flour (maida)
- 200 grams Rice flour
- 4 tablespoons Cocoa powder
Method
- Preheat oven to180°C.
- Cream butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add vanilla essence and blend again.
- Sieve refined flour into the bowl. Sieve together the rice flour and cocoa powder into it and beat well with a beater.
- Crush chocolate flakes and add. Fold into the flour mixture to blend well.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into cookies. Arrange the cookies on a baking tray and place the tray in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, cool and store in airtight containers or serve.
